The German Wikipedia article about the town has the above photo, and mentions that the Meissen porcelain glockenspiel was dedicated on 19 Oct 1996 and now has 18 bells.

The city Website opens with a large photo of the new city hall and its bell tower.

A page about the glockenspiel has a closeup photo of the bells, and gives the schedule of music throughout the year.  Original size (1996) unknown; last bell was added in 2007.  Two more photos of the building and tower are on the Contact page.
