*Remarks:

   Built in 1927 for Dr.Ernst Hüther, head
   of the Mauxion chocolate factory in
   Saalfeld; bells by Ulrich AG, Apolda;
   originally electric action (keyboard
   and automatic).  The six large bells
   bear Dr.Hüther's monogram and are
   inscribed to family members.  In 1985,
   F.W.Schilling supervised conversion
   to a traditional action, with keyboard
   built by a local craftsman to
   mid-European standard -- pedalboard is
   complete, but manual has top two
   octaves empty.

   Pitch of heaviest bell is D# in the middle octave
   Transposition is up  3 semitone(s)

   There are no missing bass semitones
   The presence or absence of a practice console is unknown

     by Schilling
