The French Wikipedia has a photo of the wall-steeple over the northwest entrance to the building, showing five conventional bells in individual openings.  A stair turret at the northwest corner of the building forms the west end of the multiple bellcote, providing access to walkways across its back side.  The lower walkway extends to the keyboard room cantilevered on the east end of the bellcote below the hemispherical bells.  The perspective view in Google Maps' overhead photography, at maximum zoom, shows this unique installation quite well.
