The parish Website has a tiny picture of the church and tower on the home page.

The Italian Wikipedia article about the principal town identifies Castello as one of its "frazioni," but as of April 2022 there is not yet an article for that place, and this church is not mentioned.  However, an article about the castle of Arzignano mentions "the parish church of Santa Maria, with its bell tower," and Google StreetView shows an appropriately equipped campanile.
