A press release from 25 Sep 2012 announced the rededication of the fully renovated Stuyvesant Hall, including the restoration of its signature bell tower and "carillon of chimes."  Included was a photo of the center of the building and the bell tower.
A photo gallery about the renovation includes one picture taken in the belfry and another of the bell tower.

The original installation was announced in a news article in The Marion Star (OH), Wed. 11 Mar 1931, p4.
