   Donated to the city by The Rouse
   Company on the tenth anniversary of the
   city's founding, and controlled from
   nearby company headquarters.
   Dismantled in 2010 after deterioration
   of the wooden structure (built in
   1960s); plans for eventual
   reinstallation somewhere in the city
   are not complete.

A news article discusses tentative plans to resurrect the tower, or rehang the stored bells in some other way.  There is a large photo of the old tower.

Article about the dismantling of the tower, and its vague future.  Google Maps overhead photography (see above) was taken after the dismantling, and shows a patch of new wood in the floor of the wharf; Bing Maps, taken before, shows the tower standing at the end of the wharf.

The donor's corporate Website doesn't mention bells at all.
