   The tower was part of St.Matthew's
   Church prior to the 1980 closure and
   conversion, and thereafter was little
   used (and unringable) for many years;
   the body of the building now contains
   La Bibliothèque de Québec and an
   art gallery.

For the Quebec City Guild of Change Ringers, a Weblog (blog) has replaced the former Website.  Although the two photo albums are fascinating, there is no longer any information about either of the towers in this city or about how to contact the ringers.

Where this work lies in the sequence of output of the Warner bellfoundry, in this region and in the world.
