News article on installation of the bells; the Liberty Bell replica is hung below the center of a square frame that carries the smaller bells, with wooden headstock as if to swing, but with external electric striker.  With video (00:45) showing hoisting of the assembled frame into the tower.

The Vimeo page linked from the above page has another audio clip (02:54) plus a larger photo of the bell assembly just before it was lowered into place.  But the audio samples are clearly NOT of these bells (nor indeed of any real bells!).
